I much appreciate all that they did to accommodate my schedule! I will (of course) buy from you and your company again. This was my first experience with your service department and I will be using them in the future as well! I am in the service business and when I get GOOD OR EXCEPTIONAL service, as I experienced here, I do tell EVERYONE! - Know that I will be sending referrals to Carsense and if I can, I will send them to you (Eric Pender). THANKS AGAIN ! Ralph and Karen Chiodo WE PURCHASE 2 autos this weekend with Carsense (6 in all )- The experience with Eric Pender was ANOTHER excellent purchase. This was our second experience with CarSense in six months, and once again it did not disappoint. My wife purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima back in November, and we walked away with a really nice 2005 Ma months, and once again it did not disappoint. My wife purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima back in November, and we walked away with a really nice 2005 Mazda3 hatchback this time around. Ryan King did a great job helping us narrow down our options and talk through the pros and cons of different vehicles. Ultimately, he helped us find the best car for our budget. I recommend CarSense to anyone who wants a reliable vehicle for a great price. More

Not like a traditional, haggle, negotiating, lying, etc . . . dealership you might be used to. All cards are on the table. Upfront and honest, no pressure by pushy sales people. Just down to earth and hon . . dealership you might be used to. All cards are on the table. Upfront and honest, no pressure by pushy sales people. Just down to earth and honest. They are not your typical "commissioned- hungry-sales-wolves" chasing you down the car isle. As a matter of fact, they are not commisioned at all I was told. Almost too good to be true at first, but soon enough you realize you just arrived at the one and final dealership you will ever need. Plenty of inventory to choose from. Cars priced good and very competitive financing rates. Ask for Michele Crouse . . . the only female in sales (at Uwchland). She will go the extra mile for you and help you choose what's right just for you. Was with her the ENTIRE DAY until I found just the car for me. She even stayed 1.5 hr past her work hours to make sure I left with everything I needed. No that's service for you! Thanks Michele!!!! -M.D.- More

I was in the market for a used pickup truck as my suv I was trading in was becoming to high mileage and I needed a bigger truck. They had a manager special a 2011 F-150 supercrew xlt cab 4x4 5.0litre engin was trading in was becoming to high mileage and I needed a bigger truck. They had a manager special a 2011 F-150 supercrew xlt cab 4x4 5.0litre engine. It was listed for 29k and across the board looking at other car dealerships they were on par with the price give or take a few hundred. The price dropped with a manager special to 26k. I did more research it was cheaper than most car dealers that I researched and on par with the price with some dealerships as well. KBB and Edmunds had a retail value of the truck at 31k to buy retail at a dealership. The truck had 12k miles. Carsense gave me a autocheck not carfax it came back clean and was part of a rental fleet from enterprise. I was not really concerned as the truck still has a 6yr 60k miles power train warranty and 3 yr bumper to bumper by that time truck will be paid for before the factory warranty ends. I bought a carfax as well for peace of mind and everything checked out well. I did not buy the extra warranty because that's where they make money. There base free engine for life warranty is all I cared about as long as you take it to them to change the oil and take it once a yr for a checkup free of charge. I did a pre-buy inspection I took it to a ford dealer in exton they said I am getting good deal and the truck is solid looks like it was never abused and mechanically sound. The staff was friendly, I was shocked when they just tossed the keys and let me take it for a test drive without a salesman. For my trade in they gave me 10,600 for a 2007 Nissan Xterra with 88k miles which was a good deal as black book and kbb had high vale of 11k for a trade with perfect condition and in good clean condition was 10,900. So I was happy not to get low balled. They took care of the truck it was spotless and clean when I picked it up. The salesman Jamie was easy to deal with I recommend him. I usually hate care dealers because they are on the par with lawyers the xxxx of the earth. But I had a very good experience at carsense in Uwchland PA location. What did catch me off guard the salesman said the other carsense locations suck and people are rude. Usually you don't bash a company you work for. Also just an FYI to a buyer carsense manager's specials is if car's sits more than 30days they drop the price. More
I took my Saab in this past Sat. to the Service Dept. at Car Sense in Uwchlan/Exton, PA because a "Stability" control system failure illuminated. A tech. worked on it for a bit, took it for a drive, and the Car Sense in Uwchlan/Exton, PA because a "Stability" control system failure illuminated. A tech. worked on it for a bit, took it for a drive, and they thought it was "fixed" until he backed it into the parking spot & the light immediately came back on. They told me they would check with the Saab dealer on Mon for the part. (They mentioned it could be a week for Saab parts) and I left the vehicle there. On Monday I was told they wouldn't have the part for a probably a day or two. To my surprise, later on Monday, I received a call that it was "done" but the Asst. Mgr., Bobby, wanted to drive it home that night to "make sure" it was OK??? On Tues., I called & was told it was fine. I picked it up Tues. evening and drove it home and it seemed OK. When I took it out on Wed., the first sharp turn I made ~ well, guess what? ~ the Stability Control light is now back on! An issue which complicates all of this for me is the fact that I purchased an "extended" warranty from Car Sense when I bought this vehicle from them, and my mileage is almost up on this car. Besides other "issues" I have had with them in the past as to what is and isn't covered under this extended warranty and the conflicting information I was told when I purchased the vehicle, I am not happy that I am missing work meetings & appointments, feeling that the car is not safe, P.O.'d and very skeptical of what they tell me! So Consumers, please beware! I will post an update of the outcome. More
I enjoy dealing with Carsense whenever I need regular maintenance on my car or have an issue with my car. Recently my car was not starting up. I knew it wasn't the battery or I didn't have enough gas. maintenance on my car or have an issue with my car. Recently my car was not starting up. I knew it wasn't the battery or I didn't have enough gas. I thought surely my car has some major troubles, but come to find out it was just an electonic issue with the key. Of course they explained everything to me in language I would understand (I'm not too handy when it comes to cars) I was in and out in no time and quite relieved to know they have an experienced staff who can fix my car woes.
