I was very pleased with Car Sense. I had the opportunity to meet Michael Gorfti who was very helpful to me in answering the questions I had regarding the Honda Accord I chose. I liked the fact that I didn't have to hassle over a price on the car, was very satisfied with what they allowed me on my trade in car and liked the fact they took care of transferring over the license and registration, etc. Kyle was helpful to us in getting the blue tooth set up for us and explaining some of the features the new Honda Accord had on it. I had to take the car back to get the batteries changed out in the remotes and a chip touched up on the side of it and it was done very quickly for me and the chip area was done very neatly to where you can't even tell it was there. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new or used car. More

He did a great job of keeping all the sales and ownership forms, state and financing forms straight for each of the five cars. The trade-in and purchase prices were all fair, so the stress of entering into a negotiation was never even an issue. The transaction occured late in the day on a Sunday, but we were never made to feel rushed. I would highly recommend CarSense and Mike Hallman. GG More

We liked the Mustang and bought it the same day and were also not the only people buying a car that day. It seemed to be a constant movement of customers. Good experience. The things that I found that weren't perfect (scratches and broken trim)were fixed to an acceptable level (fixed/repaired - but you not the 'like it was never there' you might want). Mind you it is a 6 yr old vehicle - the fact that they did anything is amazing. Most dealers would say - 'sorry- as is'. They score high scores for making it right. The salesman was a salesman - and cared more about commission than the customer - but overall one of the best vehicle buying experiences ever. More

I have been dealing with this location of Car Sense for the last 5 or 6 years, and have purchase Saturn Vues from them. They have always been great. Being a "road warrior", i am usually going in once a mon the last 5 or 6 years, and have purchase Saturn Vues from them. They have always been great.
