Jim is a lay-back salesmen.He gets the basic information about what kind of car you are looking for and then steers you in the direction to look over the available stock. He then walks out and finds you to about what kind of car you are looking for and then steers you in the direction to look over the available stock. He then walks out and finds you to see if you have any questions.I never felt pressured to buy.When I decided on a particular vehicle he went and got a plate and set me on my way to test drive the vehicle. I left the dealership to go home and do some research on the vehicle, for price and vehicle performance, and was satisified that the vehicle was the one for me.I went back to car sense and sought out Jim and told him I wanted to look at the town and countries again. Hsaid to go right ahead and come and get him if I needed help. Ashort time later he came out and asked me what I thought. I found a later model Town and Country 2012 and asked to take it out for a test drive. he went to get a plate right away and I decided that I wanted that van but I needed my wifes info, he said no problem and locked in the vehicle for me till my wife returned home for the weekend.It took about an hour to secure the loan and do all the paperwork. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Car Sense and both times my experience was excelent. I have purchased the additional warranties with both vehicles and is well worth it. I really liked the personality of our salesman. He was very helpful in helping us choose the car we really wanted and a car that fit our needs. He was very distracted throughout the process, we had to wait an unusual amount of time in between test drives because he was either busy with another customer or did not see us come in. Salesman needed to pay more individual attention to current customer. Paperwork was very slow, after making our decision we came back another night to pick the car up and do the paperwork which took 3 hours, we got financing on our own and we had everything ready when we got there but we were left alone in a cubical for a very long time. The experience from beginning to end in no way resembled my previous experience car shopping. I was very unsure of what car I selected once I arrived to the lot and saw all of the options in their inventor my previous experience car shopping. Ryan was very patient and understanding and made sure my needs would be met and I'd be 100% satisfied with whatever decision I made, even if that meant walking away. I didn't feel pressured one bit and when I made my choice I was met with patience for any of my expectations on service and options. This is a great dealership. The sales people are friendly but never made me feel pressured. All of my questions were answered and I felt respected when I left, unlike other dealers who treat women differently than men. When I found that the vehicle I was interested in was located at a different Car Sense, they arranged to have it brought to the Uwchlan store with no problems or additional charges and made sure the car was washed and inspected before we left the lot so we would not have to make a second trip. Financing was a breeze as well. All in all, a great experience. More
