I found myself for the first time having to buy a car by myself since graduating college, which was awhile ago. I asked to test drive what I thought I wanted and needed. My son said that the cars I chose to drive were, OK, but nothing special. When I got back to the "office", Eric asked how everything was. I guess he noticed not only my son's "non" reactions but also noted that I wasn't that excited. He said, "I have the car for you." I am now driving that car. (with my son very happy with my purchase as well) Eric listened to my needs and was able to match the car with the customer. I thank him for that. At one time he even said, "I would give this advise to friends and family.....". Thanks Eric. Also I had to go back to them after having issues with the sunroof only a few days after my purchase. The service department was very accomidating and I thank Tony and Michelle for helping me out. There was never I time when I felt like I was being lead down the wrong path or was given information and/or advise just to get the sale. Thank you. More

I had a wonderful experience with Jay at Carsense. I arrived at Carsense around 5pm, test drove the car I was interested in (Subaru Forester), and traded in my car, finished all of the paperwork, and wa arrived at Carsense around 5pm, test drove the car I was interested in (Subaru Forester), and traded in my car, finished all of the paperwork, and was driving home before 7 pm. Carsense is a great dealership. My parents have bought several cars there as well as a few friends. This is the first time I have bought a car from them and I had a great experience. I went in prepared with the cars I wanted to test drive as well as a pre-approved car loan. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable and even though it was a very busy Saturday afternoon, I didn't feel like he wasn't taking care of me. He suggested that I see what Carsense could do for financing and they actually found me an even lower rate than what I had been approved for (which was already a good rate). I would definitely recommend Carsense to anyone looking to buy a used car. I will be going back again when it's time for another vehicle. Thanks! More

Overall customer service by salesman was very good and accomodating to needs. Upon arrival to pick up car, it had not been cleaned. Spent an additional 30+ minutes waiting for dealer price stickers, etc accomodating to needs. Upon arrival to pick up car, it had not been cleaned.
