I had a great experience buying my car from carsense. Jim was friendly and very helpful. However, the car had a few things that needed to be fixed when I purchased it. They said they would call me when the p was friendly and very helpful. However, the car had a few things that needed to be fixed when I purchased it. They said they would call me when the parts came in, and they never did. When I finally called and scheduled a service appointment they didn't fix the ipod cable like promised and the car was a lot dirtier when I picked it up then it was when I dropped it off. So I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from carsense just make sure you don't have to use their service department for anything. More
