After a detailed search of several web sites, I found the car I was looking for at Car Sense. I called and spoke with Kevin Walsh, who couldn't have been more accommodating. He had the car cleaned up and waiting for me to arrive. After a long test drive, by ourselves, my wife and I purchased the vehicle. Not only was Kevin a pleasure to deal with, but he was able to get us a few interior parts that were missing from the car (ex. rear cargo cover) in just two days. There was a problem, that we didn't notice while buying, with a loose piece of trim and a few scratches that Car Sense took care of after the sale. They even let me go to their Mount Holly location, that was closer to me, for the repairs. They did a great job on the work! That kind of after the sale service is not found at most dealers! Overall, I found Car Sense and Kevin Walsh to be great to deal with. I would definitely buy another car from them. After such a great experience, writing this review was the least I could do. I returned to see Jim Farrell after purchasing my truck from him 3 years ago. He is a great guy. Very honest and friendly. Jim called me and refused to mail it, but rather took a motorcycle ride at the end of his shift to my work, 90 minutes out of his way to personally give it to me. Just an example of how he takes care of his customers. If I decide to change vehicles in a few years I'll make sure I go back to Jim, if he hasn't retired by then!! More
