The salespeople are low pressure, friendly and helpful. This time was no exception. Everything was pretty much easy going. A few I know mentioned to try Car Sense. So, I logged on to the site and compared the cars and prices. I also reviewed many websites on cars, looking for a reliable and fuel efficient car. When I found the car that fit my budget, reliable, and fuel efficient it was on the Car Sense website. I submitted a request for finance. Was contacted and a few e-mails later, I was put in contact with Ryan King. We spoke on the phone, and he was not pushy or disrespectful. He was living up to what people told me about Car Sense, that they are not aggressive and very friendly. Unfortunately, another dealership called me that I had looked into. I told that person about what I was looking for and what I found on the internet. He told me that was great, but that the car I was considering was not the best, and that I should drop by and he would help me. I never went, cause that was a slap on the face with his comments. So, it was refreshing with Car Sense and Ryan King to have some one not pushing you, and trying to tell you what to buy. Coming from New Jersey, I am still amazed at the ease in which you can register and inspect your vehicle in PA. Car Sense handled that, which I still amazes me in a good way. My response to the Optional question following, is No, cause I like some time to think about things and see how they turn out. My car was flooded and I needed to get a new one fast. In one day Eric was able to narrow down the pool of used cars to exactly what I wanted. I drove my new car off the lot that same day. He had the rental car company come pick up my rental, he took me up to the other location in Hatfield because they had the car I was interested in, he got me a great interest rate, he explained everything about the warranty details, and on and on. I couldn't be more happy with his service and I would recommend CarSense, more specifically Eric, to anyone I know. Thanks again Eric! More

I had been thinking about purchasing a new or used car for a long time, but had put it off because i hate the car buying experience, especially feeling that whatever "deal" received you still had lost. So when I finally decided it was time for a new/used car, I was very surprised at how easy everything was at Car Sense. My salesman was very low key and I feel that I got a good deal, including the trade on my old car. Overall, it was much less painful than i had anticipated, and i love my "new" used car. More

The experience was, as they say "beyond my expectations" - I liked the no haggle pricing and they went way beyond the norm in trying to make my buying experience positive. I was moving out of my long relationship with Cadillacs (large cars) that had given me a ride that was "better than a stratolounger..." That made my selection process tedious at best - and, as they say "I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not sure." At any rate after an exhaustive selection process I settled on a car that was "just what I wanted." To make a long story short - I made sure to try my new wheels in every predicament within the generous 5 day Car Sense window. Everything was great, and my wife and I planned and departed on a 300 mile trip to see our daughter. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived we had definitely decided the new car had to go! We called Mike. By the time we got back from the trip we were well beyond the 5 day window - but Mike said - he had reviewed the situation with his manager and they would allow the switch to a new choice. My wife and I were stunned and elated. We then went through another agonizing selection process and Mike hung in there with us - never once saying we really needed to make a decision. Mike is great. Car Sense is great. We may never buy a car anywhere else! More

Eric Pender was great at helping me select just the right car. We laughed a lot and walked a lot through the Uwchland car inventory. He had the car transferred to Uwchland and after a test drive, I decided that the car was it! No more looking. Eric really helped me to make the right decision. Love the Mariner, Eric! More

While I enjoyed my overall visit - I'm afraid Jonathan wasn't fully informed about the financial product he was also selling. He indicated that the only difference in charge was a $5 "lien fee" if I chos wasn't fully informed about the financial product he was also selling. He indicated that the only difference in charge was a $5 "lien fee" if I chose to finance - ignoring the $1000+ finance origination charge, which I learned of while signing paperwork. He also neglected to mention that the loan I applied for required membership in the credit union, which requires opening a savings account as well. Clearly - Jonathan was more concerned about sale efficiency rather than thoroughness and quality. I'm happy with the vehicle, but I'm not really satisfied with my sales experience. Shame on me for not asking more questions during the process - but for a place that bills itself as no-nonsense; I expected more. I ended up making a decision I regretted because I feel like I didn't have all the information at the time. More
