He was honest and delivered everything as promised...which is really the best you can hope for when purchasing a used vehicle. On the day that my vehicle was being picked up, Jim was supposed to be taking some vacation time...he stayed there until the vehicle was successfully loaded even though the shipping company was 8 hours late!
