My family has been going to carsense for years because we consistently have a positive experience, and this visit was no exception. I did not feel pressured to choose quickly, but rather I felt like the consistently have a positive experience, and this visit was no exception. Jay let me test drive several vehicles so that I could be sure i was making the right choice- this was a several hour process and he was still patient and helpful. He also could tell when I had questions and when I needed to think something over, and he gave me the amount of attention I was looking for. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, Jay and the carsense staff made it easy for me to feel like I got a fair deal. They were helpful in going through my financing options and in assessing my trade in, and I actually got more than I expected for my trade. I left confident that I got a great deal on the vehicle that I bought and the vehicle that I sold. I was not an easy customer- I was nervous, and I brought three strongly opinionated people with me (my mom, dad, AND fiance), but Jay took it in stride and made all of us feel comfortable. I was not disappointed with this visit to carsense, and even though I live in Virginia I will continue to consider carsense through my car-buying years. More

I went to Car Sense to purchase my first car, a Mazda 3. Multiple friends had recommended Car Sense when they found out we were looking for a used car, so going there was an obvious choice. I decided to go test drive a 2011 model and was helped by Mike Hallman, who was super helpful. He never tried to push me in a certain direction and as I was leaving, I decided to test drive the 2010 model. He had no qualms getting me the keys despite the fact that I thought I was leaving. I'm happy I did test drive it, because a week later, we ended up buying the car. After getting all the purchasing details over the phone from Mike a few days later, my wife and I went back to Car Sense to make the purchase. When we arrived, Mike had already started getting the car prepared to leave the lot. Mike was great explaining all the details and answering any last minute questions. About an hour later (paper work takes time, so this isn't long), we were given the keys. A nice added touch was the woman who got into the car with us to answer any last minute technical questions about the vehicle. She helped us set up Bluetooth, and made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the car's features before we left the lot. I would definitely recommend Car Sense as the next dealer you purchase a car from. Great customer service. More

I bought a 2006 Lexus 250 from Carsense in Uwchland from Ryan King. It was exactly as represented online which I appreciated very much since I drove an hour from Philadelphia. I already knew the price was in the ballpark before I arrived as I reviewed Consumer Reports, Kelley Bluebook and Edmunds so it was simply a matter of whether I liked the car or not. Very easy experience and the dealer conveniently delivered it to me in Philadelphia for free as it had to be detailed and minor scratches removed which was done. The car is like new. More

I had a great experience, the staff was very friendly, very easy. Only 2 complaints, 1. that my vehicle was not filled with gas. They lied to me about the worth of my trade to lure me in, and it turns out their vehicle price for the car I wanted to buy, was marked up way too high. Michele Crouse was very helpful and proactive while we were selecting our vehicle. She gave us great service when corresponding with us during the process. The car was transported from another location and Michele coordinated that having our vehicle to her location earlier than expected.
