We just purchased our third vehicle (this includes the two while it was still CarSense). On that day, we had been sitting in another dealership for over an hour without anyone talking to us. I called CarShop to ask if we would be able to work with someone fairly quickly. They made a 1pm appointment for us and we arrived right at 1pm. They began working with us right away. We drove several vehicles and were able to find a car that suited our needs. While buying a car is never quick or easy for us, they made it almost painless.
