I went to Car Sense to sell my son's 2012 VW Tiguan, which he could not use because he is stationed overseas with the Air Force. Ron offered me the best deal for the Tiguan. I began searching for a new car after losing my old car in an accident. I viewed what was available at Car Sense online and became interested in a few vehicles, watching them over a couple of weeks while in an accident. I viewed what was available at Car Sense online and became interested in a few vehicles, watching them over a couple of weeks while waiting for my settlement from the previous vehicle. I must admit, I kept my eye on one vehicle in particular. From the website, I clicked on the option to test drive the vehicle that I had been eying. Almost immediately, I was contacted via email by Mr. Hallman, letting me know that the vehicle was available to be test driven, and that he was available to answer any questions that I had. Upon my arrival to the dealership, ALL of the staff was more than accommodating, opening the door to welcome me, assisting with letting Mr. Hallman know of my arrival, and escorting me to the seating area, just to name a few things. Mr. Hallman was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process, ultimately making sure that I drove away from the dealership a very happy customer... and I most certainly am!
