Best Shopping Experience Greg McCracken was the best! I was out to purchase my first SUV and he was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He lined up multiple options for test drives and really made sure I was well educated before I made my purchase. Ultimately I bought a GMC Terrain which is perfect. He worked to have it beautifully detailed, so much so that it’s still shiny in the snow. He also personally gave it an inspection while on a lift to make sure I was committing to the perfect vehicle. Greg is a busy salesman and never made me feel any less than his only customer. I’m in no rush to replace my Terrain but I can’t wait to buy my next car from Greg at Car Sense! I also want to say thank you to Lauren Hornak in finance for getting me an amazing rate and making sure I had the perfect warranty options available for my Terrain.
