So much better experience than a traditional dealership. Debbie Jones really made sure I was taken care of, never talked down to me. I was stressed out that day and prone to feeling ill at ease especially while getting to buy a car but she helped me feel relaxed. Whenever I need a car again I'll know who to go to. The other employees were friendly and helpful too I wish I could remember their names. At first I was predisposed to be irritated because of my one and only complaint which is that I arrived in time for my appointment but still had to wait awhile, but by the end I was feeling good and had forgotten about that.
