From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable, I wasn't bombarded , I was greeted , I had the most lovely sales associate Her name in jazz she works at the Rosenberg location . I had to return the 1st purchased car, Due to maintenance or part issues, Jazz jumped in to help She helped me to return it, And took the time over 3 days or more to help me find the perfect vehicle for me , She exudes the patience of someone who will go very far , In any industry . This is the first time I've actually had a very pleasant car buying experience, Not my first time buying a car . I can't thank her enough.
