My car has been in service two of the four weeks I have owned it. I have called management daily and I still can't talk to Ms Kellog (GM) Over all the worst customer experience. I have bought three cars in the past, and I regret buying at Carmax for ever. Try calling and asking to speak to the Gm before buying a car, it's impossible! This should be a red flag that there are major problems here. They have supervisors call in place, but they never answer questions and just say they will call back after checking with other managers. I'm waiting for a call still, and will continue to update on progress. More reviews tocome. More
