Okay so the man who had me test drive the car, his name is Sergio, he is AMAZING!! Very kind and patient, know that this was the first time I bought a car from a dealership. His manager Rob is what almost is Sergio, he is AMAZING!! Very kind and patient, know that this was the first time I bought a car from a dealership. His manager Rob is what almost cost him the sale. Had some insurance issues and had to call my parents as they are the policy holders. He repeatedly tried to guilt me into looking elsewhere for insurance, stating that I shouldn’t have to depend on mom and dad for everything, a direct quote I might add. When I said I’d like to wait to ensure everything was okay on my end, he was extremely rude to myself and my boyfriend and continued to speak only to my boyfriend after I shortly replied to his rude remarks. The next day I went to purchase my 2020 4Runner, and handed over my license when asked for it. Unfortunately realized few days later that my license was missing from my wallet (didn’t realize at first with the excitement of my purchase). I called and the store told me they had it, then I get there and they tell me it was the wrong name and never once called to tell me if they found it or not, costing me $70 to go get a new license. I’d never recommend this dealership and they are lucky they had Sergio to save it. More

Two times now I have tried to get a decent car frist car I tried to get from them. I spent about three months of not being able to drive it right after signing paperwork and it did fine during test drive co I tried to get from them. I spent about three months of not being able to drive it right after signing paperwork and it did fine during test drive couldn’t return it because they ordered parts that took too long to come in and so they’re 10 day guarantee that was supposed to be on hold was not on hold now I’m in the same situation where I’ve again traded a car in thought that the car I test drove was decent. Had some problems come up with it was told that the car would be ready on the 14th and that my 10 day love guarantee was on hold again now I can’t return it and again I still have not been able to drive the car for the first 45 days and I’m about to make the first payment on the car and they still have it putting different parts in again, but I’m not allowed to return it because they sold me a poor car not once but twice now. More
