First-time buyer from CarMax and the process was very satisfying. Found the car we wanted in another state and had it transported to our location. Everything was as promised. The only hiccup was that Car satisfying. Found the car we wanted in another state and had it transported to our location. Everything was as promised. The only hiccup was that CarMax' description of the car did not identify it as a hybrid (which we wanted). We had to work with the CarMax dealer in the other state to go out to the car and verify that it was a hybrid which they did. Once it arrived at the local CarMax, they inspected it, we test drove it, and the paperwork (electronically) worked seamlessly. We will certainly consider buying again from CarMax in the future.
