CarMax - Garland

This car was for my son in Poland. He took care of most of it by phone and text with Bashah. Bashah and Hawar were GREAT to work with. About a year or so ago we worked with Chris Briggs on my wife's Toyota Corolla and Chris was also excellent to work with. At that time I wrote up a report with pictures and published on facebook about CARMAX and Chris and brought a copy and gave to a manager at Carmax. I've promoted carmax to lots of people as you guys are doing a GREAT job and I believe in giving credit where it's due. Also, something that would help my wife, Ruby, and I would be to check out our travel website www.bobshaw.info and get your own free login and save good money when you travel. Also, if you would like to work from home part time in promoting our travel company please contact me. I left some flyers with Bashah, Hawar and Chris. Any profits that Ruby and I make helps support special needs/autistic children and our Church. I had used this dealership before and had been highly satisfied. I found the vehicle I eventually purchased on line and reserved a test drive. My in person experience was positive from arrival at the dea satisfied. I found the vehicle I eventually purchased on line and reserved a test drive. I believe the price was fair; I was offered a reasonable amount for my old vehicle and the transaction from arrival to actual delivery of my new vehicle was timely. The staff with whom I interacted were friendly, courteous and efficient. I'm satisfied with the process and can recommend this dealership. More

I like that it has a different concept than most car dealerships. I really enjoyed working with Moeed Akhlaque. Great guy! First off this experience is one of the worst I’ve ever had at Car Max. First it started off great I already have my vehicle picked out then I had it shipped in, but after that point it was all downhill.. had at Car Max. Appraiser came back with my vehicle she had broken the driver side seat. I took them a week to fix it. Then the new BMW that I purchased came in and BMW had three missionary run flat and a vantage tire that did not match the. The lady that I was dealing with tried to offer me $100 to replace the tire on my own. I had to inform her that that was a $400 tire. Took them another week to replace my tires. More
