This by far has been the worst experience ever. The sales team/manager is beyond rude. The question not to call but to text instead (I have a vocal cord problem) apparently triggered them to a level of unseen rudeness. Had my pre-approval in hand, would rather drop dead than buy a car from them. Went to Carvana, not having to deal with these kind of rude-sales-sharks was a pleasant experience! If wish I could have given them zero stars. BTW take in consideration that all the vehicles they sell are ex-rentals, remember what vehicle is the best off-road? Exactly: a rental. More
