When you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, you usually do due-diligence and ask questions, like "what are fees above the advertised price etc.. We did that and got all our information BEFORE we went the see the vehicle. In fact the one we wanted sold the night before we were meant to go, and they texted us to let us know. They still had inventory so we went. What a pleasant surprise, knowledgeable people who could show us all the trucks and answer all our (and there were many) questions. No pressure, just transparency - what a unique difference. Then we met with the owner who crunched our numbers, and we infact went in with a pre approved loan and he was able to better our interest rate with our same lender (who does that?) They came in where I wanted to be and that was great. Then on to final section, and they offer the warranty, first instinct was not to do it, but after conversation it made sense, ( I was not sold, I was educated). I had interactions with 3 departments and to be totally straight - it has changed my opinion of 'buying a second hand vehicle'. Really nice personable people who actually enjoy what they do and understand vehicles and people. 10 stars hands down. Oh and have to say our trade in had a cracked radiator, which they bought to our attention (without shame with photos') and we still got top dollar for it - could not be happier. More
Tried to make a deal with them on a Camaro that was online prior to making the trip up to CarHeroes - as the price advertised seemed too good to be true. They absolutely would not even discuss pricing until we drove there - which clearly would have been a waste of time - as there are deals done daily, online and via phone, for cars all over the country. We have done such deals in the past - reputable car dealers have no problem putting an honest deal together without baiting the customer into the store. Other reviews that have claimed they bait & switch are dead on. If you want a Miami like car buying experience right here in Tampa - then this is your spot! More

By far the best prices that I've seen out the door for 4x4 trucks in all of Florida. My overall experience was so wonderful with this dealership! Their scheme is simple. They get your attention with lover prices and then their job is to get you into their office. Once you there they will put all kind of fees on that lower advertised price and will try to convince you that it’s a good deal and those are regular fees you pay at any other dealer. Your final price out the door will be much higher than their competition. In my opinion that is fundamenty wrong approach in doing business when you are trying to mislead your customer from the beginning like a con artist would do to its victims. It does not matter which sales person you will talk to it’s the fees that is the driving factor for them. More
