Was told by finance manager I got a high interest rate from a 3 year old bankruptcy and when I told her I had significantly lower interest on previous loans she tried saying it was because of special fina from a 3 year old bankruptcy and when I told her I had significantly lower interest on previous loans she tried saying it was because of special financing,they gave me a rate of 13.8% and after I got home I applied to my local bank to refinance and got a rate of 5.49%! Another issue was when they had to take my down payment and when she tried logging in she got locked out of the account and we were stuck another 40 minutes for her to try again after finding out the password had been changed. The finance manager said all cars are filled 1/4 tank or more,we left with our car and about two miles down the road the fuel light came on. On top of that ,the car only came with one remote and the car notifies you when the battery in the remote is low and it just so happen the battery was low after having it for a day. The people working here seem so unorganized and it took hours to get out of there versus previous dealerships I’ve been to that were quicker and knew what they were doing. They also had their service warranties and gap insurance prices jacked up higher than any place I’ve ever been to.Our sales lady was new and just learning so we don’t blame her,but this dealership is no good,we called about our complaints and haven’t heard back from them.
