I was very disappointed with the service I received from this dealership. It was by far one of the worst experiences that I had purchasing a car for my daughter. First, I've been lied to. I specifically sai this dealership. It was by far one of the worst experiences that I had purchasing a car for my daughter. First, I've been lied to. I specifically said that I wanted to be a cosigner, well when it was time to sign, I was on as owner and my daughter as co-owner. When I mentioned it, they said I had the better credit, well that's obvious I said. Thats not what I wanted. So, what really tops it off was the interest rate. Before signing, I questioned why the interest was so high and they said because my daughter has no credit, ok I Left it at that. So, I pretty much got cheated. The sad part of all of this I been waiting there for hours till they had the paperwork ready. What it comes down to is now I have to refinance the loan for a lower rate because my credit is excellent 800+ and I'm paying a high rate. Like I said I wait hours, the car wasn't even detailed, all they did was put the mats in. I could keep going but what's the point? I guess that's how business is done here...NO MORE. I've even e-mailed the owner and no response; I'll continue doing business elsewhere.... More

I have lived in NEPA for half my life and have gone through the process of buying at least 10 cars. I have never had as poor of an interaction as I did here, and I will not be going back. My interactions with the staff were cordial enough, but the GM, Chuck, was incredibly unprofessional. I am not in the customer service industry, but I dont think a GM should ever blame a customer for an online quote. I drove two hours to visit this dealer after working with someone online. We were promised this process would take an hour. Almost 3 hours later, we found out that was a deception. We even completed the credit check at home to speed the process up. For some reason we completed it again once there. The car we told them online that we were going to see was not ready to be seen like I expected it to. And by not ready to be seen, it not only was not ready for a test drive, the car was absolutely filthy. I understand this was a used car, but they clearly did nothing with the vehicle since they acquired it. There was still unchewed gum in the driver's side console and stains in all the cupholders. I found a branch under the battery attachment. When I pulled the bucket chair from the floor, I discovered a series of spider nests on the seat. They clearly do not care about the quality of merchandise. It was like no one cared. And used vehicle or not, this was still a 28k van. I would think a little care would have been taken. I was clear up front that I was told this process would take an hour. Even though this dealer boasts respect of the customer time, I did not find this to be true. I was up front in telling them that so much depends on the appraisal of my truck, and they cryptically refused to tell me how much it appraised for until they put a deal together. They also boast a haggle free experience, but they did not deliver on that either. The online haggle free price of $366 a month that brought me from two hours away turned into a $616 a month offer from them, and Chuck, the man who I am certain needs some retraining on interacting with customers, blamed me for not reading the fine print. Well Chuck, you may have hundreds of customers who are happy with you, and you may have been selling cars since 1993, but this is one customer who was incredibly underwhelmed with this experience and would not come back. Moreover, if this is the caliber of leadership at Nissan dealers, I will not be going back there either. Future customers, do not trust their online sales people (who I was informed work in the Dominican Republic, set up appointments for you, and then dont inform the dealer) and do not trust the online price. Do not trust this dealership. It became clear to me that they do not know what they are doing. More
