I couldn't even reach home and car broke down on express highway it was very scary experience for me my wife kid, the car lost the power on a highway where there was no shoulder. Luckily it was down hill and I could find little space to park this car. Otherwise it would have been a news in on tv for massive pile up if vehicles on highway 476. And top of that I had to cancel all my bookings for New York next day couldn't see my sadness on my son's face as we couldn't do this trip in his spring break. Can't forget my wife's scared face. Can't complain about sales ppl they were generous. It was our first car cant express the disappointment. More

-500 Stars - Worst Dealership ever. .. Earlier today I contacted the dealership to inquire about a 2022 Nissan Frontier. I was told that they would have the truck pulled up front ready .. Earlier today I contacted the dealership to inquire about a 2022 Nissan Frontier. I was told that they would have the truck pulled up front ready for me to test drive it when I got to the dealership... this was not the case. First, when I arrived, I was told that the truck I wanted to look at was missing BOTH SETS OF KEYS (This was suspicious as they had no problem getting the car to the front of the lot). I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt and test drove a similar model. After coming back from the test drive, I went inside to talk numbers with the sales team. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR to get the first offer from the sales team. They low-balled me crazy offering $18,500 for my trade that I had appraised at $21,000 by another dealership just a week prior. I asked for more on the trade, they came back two minutes later saying that they would not give me a penny more for it. The sales manager Tracy Talanca was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Additionally, the sales person did not know much about the vehicles as they could not answer a simple question about fuel economy. The sales manager was combative and began raising his voice with me. I asked for my keys back and they said glady. He said that someone else was coming in to look at the same truck at 5pm, I said to sell it to him then and then left the dealership. A few minutes later I was contacted by another sales manager asking me to comeback. I told him that Tracy was unprofessional and the sales manager said that "I should take my bull-xxxx elsewhere" which I did. This was the worst car buying experience I ever had, and I beg others to avoid this dealership at all costs. Sales person was not knowledgeable and management was unprofessional and unwilling to make a deal. I went to the dealership with the best intentions with my checkbook, however, I will be taking my business elsewhere and you should as well. More

Extremely unorganized sales department and finance dept was horrendous. After test drive I waited 2.5 hours to finalize sale and got tired of waiting and walked out. Two days later I called the manager and voiced my displeasure. He blamed it on inexperience of sales and finance. When I agreed to purchase car, finance dept had the wrong interest rate on sales contract so I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to redo contract. Eight days later I was called and told they forgot to take my down payment and asked if I could drive 45 miles to dealership to drop it off. I said i would mail it to dealership if they would provide me with contact information, they refused. Said they would come to me to pick up payment. Salesman Shaddai Trimmingham was very apologetic, but he was the only one. Worst car dealer experience ever. The only positive is my mechanic looked over the car when I got it home and said it was mechanically sound. Will never deal with CarVision Nissan of Hazleton again. More
