I'm on the verge of contacting Nissans and US Insurance Co.... his approach and suggestions are beyond ethics... he sugge my years of car-shopping... He wanted me to say I lost the key and use the warrant as a "CLAIM!" Contacting an attorney for potential suggestions on what can be done!! Your reputation is beyond reparable! More

I would Recommend this dealership for the Selection of cars. Honestly if it was not for Astrid I would not have purchased the car that I came back for. I felt like Chris was not very personable and woul cars. Honestly if it was not for Astrid I would not have purchased the car that I came back for. I felt like Chris was not very personable and would liked to have had explanations on all of the extra charges. The Car was for $20,988.00. The total ended up being around $26,000.00. I think Astrid acted in a more professional manner then the other two that were involved. Maybe things would have went differently if I got to deal with Anthony instead of Chris. I was also told to come back and had an appointment for Noon to have the touch ups done. Needless to say Astrid was not available and I had to try and have Anthony assist me. He really did not assist me and told me he could not speak for Astrid I had to wait until she arrived an hour later to try and get the work completed. She did her best and I ended up leaving after speaking to service. Service was also very nice and tried to help. I found the Paint Detailer in the parking lot when I was leaving and he was kind enough to take care of the scratches for me so I did not have to drive back. It is an hour drive each way and I had to take time off of work to come back. More
