I went there to buy a 10 k car, I was sold a 13 k car sight unseen untill after the sale. I was never told the sale price of the car, I had a 1 known which is what was shown in the listing, I was then t sight unseen untill after the sale. I was never told the sale price of the car, I had a 1 known which is what was shown in the listing, I was then told I needed 3 k down, I didn't have that, so I maxed out my credit card, I needed a car , they knew it, I had my car towed there, they checked it told me it was done, I asked what the warranty was, they told me 2 years, did not tell me I was financing it. They never contactede within the 72 hours, I emailed about some stuff I wanted from my car, never got a response, I did get a text from their legal team, I texted him told him when to contact me, never heard back, I call them all I get is recordings. I did notify the BBB and the PAAGs office with complaints. I am very upset I like the car however, if I had seen in before hand I would not have purchased it. It's to big for me. But I will get used to it. I don't have a choice. More

Regarding Car Vision Nissan as a whole, they did an excellent job, but did not provide me with a form at the end of our tr my questions and concerns. When I called a couple of days later to get a copy of that information, they told me I'd have to contact the lender to get that documentation.
