I walked in to buy a used vehicle. Test drove it and decided to buy it on one condition. The rear wiper arm was broken and i wanted them to order and pay for one and send it to me. Its been 2 weeks and ive made 3 phone calls and have heard anything from them regarding the wiper arm. They tried to get me to purchase an additional warranty and a maintenance package without ever explaining to me what they covered! I have never had a dealership experience this bad before, I will never return to this dealership for anything. More

My recent purchase (2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250) at Car Vision Nissan was smooth for the most part. My sales consultant Nik was a sweetheart and made the process very easy. PROS: low pressure environment, lots of vehicles to pick from, everyone seemed like they wanted to help. CONS: I was told I'd be getting the car fax report with my paperwork and I did not receive it although they had me sign a copy. After signing the final paperwork and getting home I realized I wasn't told when my payment would start or even how to make the payment. I'm not from PA so when I was told I'd be leaving with plates I was confused on why I also had a paper tag. Again these things were not discussed with me as they should have. I also had to bring my car in a few days later for an issue (but the workers were very nice and took care of things for me) All in all I'd definitely recommend this place (and I have already) just make sure to ask any questions you have and make sure you understand everything and most definitely ask for Nik as he was a pleasure to deal with. More

Salesman never informed me about the status of a vehicle after they said they would. Salesman didn't reach out or even know I had an appointment. I did all the legwork for this deal. I arrived to my appointment half an hour early, with my own financing in hand. I spent 5 hours at the dealership to trade in and purchase a vehicle. I asked for the whole process to be streamlined because I had an appointment to make afterwards, and no courtesy was given to my request. It wasn't even a busy day. 3 customers total in the dealership while I was there. It honestly felt like I was being made to wait just for the sake of waiting. I came in knowing what I wanted, what deal I was making, how much I was spending, and with financing paperwork in hand, yet the process was incredibly slow. I hope to never return to this dealership, because my hobbies do not include sitting in a dealership for hours on end for no apparent reason. More
