I bought a 2022 Nissan frontier and traded my daily driver toward it, the next day I had a little bit of second thoughts and asked if I could possibly buy my trade in back (I still wanted to retain the driver toward it, the next day I had a little bit of second thoughts and asked if I could possibly buy my trade in back (I still wanted to retain the truck I had just purchased) I was told over and over and over again that the only way they would allow that was if it went through the service department and then went to body work and then sold to me at a substantial markup. I understand that I traded the vehicle but to treat a brand new customer like that and not give him the opportunity to buy back a vehicle that they had owned no more than 16 hours ago and tell them that they are going to buy it at an extreme markup it's very unprofessional to me. I feel I should have been given some opportunity even if there was a slight markup for the inconvenience on their part. I was also told during conversations that they would get a hold of me the very next day after speaking with ownership to resolve the situation and I was never given a phone call back. Well It was the sales manager, I assume, who told me I had 45 days till my first payment was due. I got back from vacation on July 5th and among my mail was my first payment due on July 15th.
