He was super attentive, kind and made us feel very welcome!! This guy KNOWS customer service. Hash brought great humor and ease to what can sometimes be a stressful situation and was helpful in getting us on our way. Car shopping/buying is not my idea of fun (lol)! We highly recommend Carvault. Our entire experience was world-class!! We were there about 3-hrs, start to finish - WIN!! I love my new hard-to-find white on light-interior Mercedes S550 and look forward to working with this wonderful team again! More

Honestly I never leave reviews but I have never dealt with a company thats extremely unprofessional likes this one. Trust me if you are out of state DO NOT PURCHASE from here. I bought my car mid July and have yet to receive my plate or title. I contacted both SOS in MD and MI and both say they have no record of title. Every time I call I get the run around and say I will get a call back….. I have yet to get a call back. More
