This review is not about the product, but rather the people. The people are friendly and what I'd describe as typical sales people. There is some pressure to make a purchase, perhaps before you're ready people. The people are friendly and what I'd describe as typical sales people. The good news about the pressure is that if you know what you want - you have some negotiating power and there's a chance you will get it. For me, the most disappointing aspect of my shopping experience was the knowledge of the employees about their products. I asked A LOT of questions, and didn't always get answers or didn't always get accurate info. After my transaction was complete, I ended up with more questions about a week into my lease and those questions were largely unanswered or not to my satisfaction. I was eventually contacted, but not using the desired medium and not without additional nudges. In the end, if I need to buy another new Kia, then I would return here as they haven't done anything serious enough to lose my business forever. More
