Tuscon purchase I was ready to walk out as soon as the negotiator said unnecessary and offensive words to me. I had to ask for the keys to my trade in vehicle 3 time I was ready to walk out as soon as the negotiator said unnecessary and offensive words to me. I had to ask for the keys to my trade in vehicle 3 times before they were actually handed to me so that I felt like we were forced to be there longer than we needed to be. The finance guy is the one who actually convinced us to purchase the car. More

Excellent Customer service Sergio was very positive and had a great attitude that was contagious. He made me feel at ease despite me not being sure how I was going to get out of Sergio was very positive and had a great attitude that was contagious.
