My wife and I just purchased our second car from emg, after our car that we only owned for 11 months was totaled Franco our initial salesman from the My wife and I just purchased our second car from emg, after our car that we only owned for 11 months was totaled Franco our initial salesman from the first vehicle helped us 100% through the steps from insurance to the gap to get us back on the road as soon as possible. 2 weeks after my car was totaled he had us back out on the road in a beautiful Mercedes e400. Initial Sales Rep- OK I bought a used Subaru BRZ -5 -months ago with an extended warranty sold to me by the Finance Manager, 5 months later i start hearing a noise from the I bought a used Subaru BRZ -5 -months ago with an extended warranty sold to me by the Finance Manager, 5 months later i start hearing a noise from the engine so i took the car at a Subaru dealer to get a diagnostic and they said i need the throw out bearing and the extended warranty i have does not cover that, i'm still paying for that useless extended warranty and now i have to fix the car out of pocket. The Finance Manager added this extended warranty as if he was doing me a favor but after reading up on financing a used vehicle out of factory warranty the dealer has to offer a third party warranty to complete the sale. Beware purchasing used cars here with third party extended warranties since it benefits the dealership and not the consumer. The Service manager made it clear that they will not meet me halfway or cover any expenses for this repair. Horrible Service Department!!!!!! I will never purchase another vehicle form this dealer. More
