I just purchased a 2016 VW GTI from this place. The car is a great car, this review is more about my experience at the dealership. First and foremost, avoid the salesman Juan. He constantly forgets everything and when I took delivery of the car, he did not walk me out or even thank me for the purchase. Now let me list all of the issues I had: 1. Fees - They charge you almost $1000 for an etching fee. This is bogus because new cars already come with etching and they try and charge you again and say that they can't get out of it. 2. Car Delivery - I told them at 12:30 PM that I was coming to get the car between 5-6. I got there at 5:15 and they hadn't started washing the car and when I completed the last of the paperwork, they still hadn't started washing the car!! I gave them 5 hours notice that I was coming to get the car! 3. Car Delivery - They gave the car with an empty tank of gas!!! 4. They waited until I was getting ready to leave the dealership to tell me that they only had 1 key to the car. 5. They did not know if the car has wheel locks on it. I can guarantee you if they car has wheel locks, they will not do anything about it. 6. Paperwork had misspellings on it! Even though I like the car, I would never purchase another car from the dealership ever again!! More

I purchased a 2016 Transit Connect from EMG or Car Revolution or whatever name they are using this month. Within 1,000 miles and less than a month, the alternator pulley blew off and damaged other th Revolution or whatever name they are using this month. I foresaw issues of this nature happening on a used vehicle from a dealership such as this, so I purchased the extended warranty offered by EMG, Ally. The only problem is, it has been two weeks since my vehicle has been at the shop. Ally is saying they never received the inspection sheet from EMG so they will not approve my repairs. I have called EMG numerous times begging them to send the paperwork. Every time I get a different story, "we sent it over", "I'll do it right now", "I'll call the ""office"" and have it sent over ASAP." It has been two weeks, my vehicle is still sitting at the shop, Ally still does not have the correct paperwork. I'm starting to think I may not have a warranty that I paid for. More
