I purchased a 2016 Transit Connect from EMG or Car Revolution or whatever name they are using this month. I foresaw issues of this nature happening on a used vehicle from a dealership such as this, so I purchased the extended warranty offered by EMG, Ally. The only problem is, it has been two weeks since my vehicle has been at the shop. Ally is saying they never received the inspection sheet from EMG so they will not approve my repairs. I have called EMG numerous times begging them to send the paperwork. Every time I get a different story, "we sent it over", "I'll do it right now", "I'll call the ""office"" and have it sent over ASAP." It has been two weeks, my vehicle is still sitting at the shop, Ally still does not have the correct paperwork. I'm starting to think I may not have a warranty that I paid for. More
