I've been car (SUV) hunting for 4 months on the website and every time I saw something I liked it was from the EMG's car dealership. I've seen their logo or name on a lot of cars in NYC and they always loo and every time I saw something I liked it was from the EMG's car dealership. Peter Jimenez (salesperson) was the first one to come to me and asked if I needed any help. After looking at a few SUV's I saw a Navigator 2006 that caught my eye. After a test drive and looking over the carfax. I decided to buy the car. Mr. Jimenez took his time to explain to me everything I needed to know about the car and it's warranty. He treated me with respect and did not rush me. Everyone at EMG were also very nice to me. I drove off the EMG's lot with a BIG smile on my face. More

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Omar and the rest of the EMG team was to my wife and me. The story should end there but with in an hour after taking the car the "check engine light went on and couple of days later the trunk latch broke.
