EMG is a dealership with great taste. European imports are right up my alley and they have quality vehicles. Kelvin was a great help and made me feel as if I was the only customer in the dealership! Stay away from this dealer. Very shady business practices. The advertised price online is NOT the price of the vehicle. The actual price is $3,500-$4,000 more than the listed price. They deny, deny, deny when confronted about that to the point of the sales rep saying my financed amount was only $8,000, sure enough the statement comes and the financed amount was $12,000. Reggie's response, "Well there's a bank fee in there". Music blasts inside the dealership like it's a nightclub. They run your credit through 17 different financing companies, leaving numerous "denied credit" entries on your credit report. Check the bumpers of the cars for damage as the lot is packed so tight the sales rep backed my car into another car before the test drive (no I didn't buy that one). Reggie shoves paperwork in your face so fast you don't have time to even read what you are signing, you NEVER get a copy of your contract. They told me I could post date my down payment check for 2 weeks, which I did and they still cashed it the next day. Any question about the sale that you have and you are told to contact the bank, the bank then tells you to contact the dealer. Because of their deceptive business practices, a car listed on their website for $12,000 is going to cost me over $20,000 because the real cost was $15,500 plus 25.99% interest. Most places I know ask "How much can you put down?" EMG tells you "this is what you are putting down". Save yourself the hassle and a lot of money and stay away! More

Horrible business. I advise that you stay away. They are very pushy and don't know a lot about their inventory. Frank went out of his way even giving me his personal number and sending me pictures ahead of time. The service was phenomenal and the price was great!!! I LOOOVEE this car!!!! This is my third time trying to describe my experience at EMG. First of all I would like to say I've never had such great experience buying a new or used automobile. Mr. Franco and all the staff were very helpful in making my choice of buying a used car a very pleasant one Mr. Franco was very through in helping me make a choice that am still very happy with today. he broke down all the option between a BMW and A Mercedes. and walked me through all the steps explaining everything all the way to the end. He then turned me over to the Finance officer (Reggie) Who assisted me in getting the best finance available for the automobile that I wanted. Everyone from the part person (Jamie) to the Mechanic (Alex) down to the receptionist Paula and Joey made me very comfortable again through the whole process and addressed all my questions with concern and a smile.
