terrible experience bought a 2008 sti there, and spun a bearing in the motor in 4 days. I wasn't worried too much since I bought their premium warranty package, but as it bought a 2008 sti there, and spun a bearing in the motor in 4 days. I wasn't worried too much since I bought their premium warranty package, but as it turns out they just kept pushing me off for weeks and putting the blame on one of the other managers that "wasn't there at the time" . turns out they were refusing to buy a motor for my car unless it was a dirt cheap junk yard motor and that's why they were pushing me off, and on top of that, once I started complaining the warranty company cancelled my policy and refunded my money. so at the end I paid 25k for a car that blew up in 500 miles, had to deal with 3 different managers because none of them wanted to take responsibility and all of them continuously lied to me, and now have no warranty on my car since they cancelled it after they realized they would actually have to pay for something. worst experience I've ever had buying a car, and the worst part, I know I'm forgetting a lot of things since this happened almost 2 months ago. sam I am is the only person there worth dealing with More

So my brother just got back over seas and wanted to help me buy my new car. First they lured me in with some $1800 off the sticker price SCAM. You need to either be a college graduate, active in the service and some other stupid thing. Oo and you have to qualify for all three lol They also lowered my credit score by running it over 6 times!!! But I didn't find out till after I bought the car. My salesman (who I won't name because I believe I'm a better person then EMG) came off as a great guy, willing to help out a car enthusiasts and got along well with my family. I traded in a 2013 kia optima in perfect condition and very low miles, trade in value was over $17,000 but they only gave me $13,500??? Already frustrated I was hoping they would lower the sticker price and monthly payments. They did even budge. Just to show how crooked they are. We finally agreed on $312.00 a month and when I got my first bill it said $312.95... Really? Hoping I made the right choice when I left the dealer. A few months later I realized I wasn't able to change the tire caps because the previous owner put after market ones so I couldnt put any air in. I called my salesman and told him the problem he stated "I know what your talking about, I remember us and the other salesman guys laughed about it" ..he told me to bring the car in the next day so I can make an appointment? I couldn't wait to make an appointment. I needed air in all my tires because of the winter cold. So I took it over to the honda dealer to get one fixed. Cost me $160. I called my salesman and of course he didn't pick up. The receptionist told me xxxx give him the message. After a few attempts of no one calling me back. I finally took the drive to see him myself. He said he would have "no problem " refunding me the money I paid to get the TPM replaced. Long story short. Every time I called my salesman he would sound annoyed over the phone to hear from me. Everytime I called he would never get back to me or "wouldn't get my message" Finance Department said they would call me back right away to handle this matter. Never did till I called myself. They said the damage to the car wasn't their fault. And that they did me a "favor" for changing the other 3 Tpms. But they can't refund me the $160 at Honda even though I needed the car to be fixed ASAP. I needed to take it to them they stated even though I needed to make an appointment. Basically I got screwed over financially with their scams and their customer was just horrible and I never got my refund after I was promise by the salesman I would! So if money isn't a issue and your leaving out there in a new Lexus. Then by all means they will teach you BETTER. But if your an average Joe looking for a good car with great customer service, you won't get it from here. IF I CAN RETURN MY CAR AND GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE CROOKS I'LL FINALLY BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER. STAY AWAy !!! More
I am extremely pleased with this dealership, and especially pleased with the salesman who assisted me, Kenneth Cruz. I purchased a 2011 Audi S4 about a month ago and Ken really bent over backwards to make the deal possible. The car was already listed way below the actual market value but was still a little bit above my budget. Realizing that he would make virtually no money off of the deal, Ken still adjusted the price to meet my needs. Also, I drove in from VA (about 4 hours away) and Ken was more than happy to pick me up from enterprise rent-a-car knowing that enterprise actually had the obligation to drive me. Once we arrived to EMG, the car buying process was very smooth and Ken was extremely professional and worked efficiently and quickly knowing that I had to drive back 4 hours throughout the night. For those of you looking to buy a car at EMG, I highly recommend that you do business with Ken Cruz. I’ve also worked with Paola (trying to get my registration and plates straightened out) and she’s good to go as well. P.S. Some of these other reviews talk about how they've looked at cars here and was interested in the car (but didn't reserve it) and the car was sold shortly after. People, if you really want a car, you need to reserve it. A business would TANK if they sit around and wait all day for you people....get your xxxx together. More
Absolutely horrible customer service. Drove 2 hours to go look at a car listed at 27,999. They then said if we were to make a deal we would have to start at 30,000 and work our way down! Then while looking at another vehicle in their lot we noticed obvious body damage and paint work, when we asked about the car fax on said car they said it was clean! What a lie! As someone with 10+ years in body shop work I can tell you now that that car was worked on! We were starting to get frustrated once we caught them in their lie and demanded to speak to a manager. We gave a gracious all cash offer including their $2000 "dealer fees" (my xxx) and sent Kalvin to fetch a manager. We heard Kalvin ask for a Mark and when Mark was unavailable we got Vinny. Vinny came over, sat down, and right off the bat declined the offer, didn't even give a counter offer, and then when we refused the $30,000 he asked us to leave! Never in my life have have I been treated so rudely! For $1000 all they give you is a 30 day warranty and an attitude! Their location is terrible with only one entrance and exit and they're located next to an "adult novelty store" and "lingerie island"! STAY AWAY FROM EMG AUTO!!!!! More

Quality customer service - EMG provides a comfortable space for you to wait for your vehicle. I had to dial into a conference call, and needed access to an internet connection. The receptionist provided me with a quiet space to conduct my call, as well as access to their wifi network. Finally - no one purchasing a pre-owned vehicle wants to experience buyer's remorse based on the vehicle purchased or the dealership it was purchased from. You will not have to endure this at EMG Auto Sales. You'll be satisfied with your purchase, the level of service you receive, the price you paid for your vehicle, and you'll be comforted knowing that you have the car you want from a dealership that will back what they sell 100%. After a week I decided to drive there from NYC to see the car , spoke to Jose to make sure that the car not sold , he swore that it is mine if I like. Took off work and drove there with traffic took me two hours, once I got there, Jose turned out to be the phone person who bugs customers with his calls, then he took us to another smart A....s to tell us "the car was sold but we have many to choose from"old stupid tricks, now I understand the one star reviews. Save yourself the headaches and do not go there or give them your business.again bunch of crooks. More
