Great Experience Buying a Used Car, For a Change.. I drove from Boston to look at a couple Subaru WRXs- a car difficult to find with low miles in good condition- but EMG had 3 for me to check out. I was impressed that my sales rep, who I initially contacted via text message after looking at a different Subaru on their website, stayed in contact with me for several days as I considered whether or not to make the almost 5 hour trip to NJ to look at EMG's stock. The quality of the vehicle I ended up test driving and purchasing is impeccable and I'm also satisfied with the warranty and coverage offered to me at purchase. Ultimately, EMG struck me as a premium dealership specializing in used luxury and sports cars, most of which were more expensive than the Subaru I came for. But I liked this- it made me feel like I was buying a high quality sports car in a professional , classy environment- an experience contrasting starkly with many less-than-appealing used car dealerships. Nice 360 service. Also liked my sales rep a lot. Would recommend this dealership to others. More

Being a woman made me skeptical to inquire because I didn't want to possibly deal with the nonsense of an undesirable deal. My experience was total opposite. Salesman Franco was professional, courteous, and determined to make a deal. I drove a hard bargain but it didn't deter him. I walked out with a great deal and a smile on my face. I thank Franco and the staff at EMG for their excellent customer service. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great vehicle then EMG is definitely a place to consider. My husband was elated! Clueless Dealership Called about a 1999 Firebird they had on Friday. We were told it was available and was in excellent shape. We drove over an hour with a trailer with the plans to buy it. When we arrived the boys, yes they are boys, working the lot told us they don't have a 1999 Firebird. I looked around and finally found it in the back lot with other vehicles that were not the high end cars they had up front. In the window of the car was a sign that said "Not for Sale". The boy didn't know why it was there and didn't have a clue what was going on. He comes back and tells me they just got the car. We found this car on Craigslist and the listing was on there for 2 months. We started to look the car over and found the front right fender dented, rust on the rear left quarter, and scrape on the right quarter, Heavy damage to the under side and severe rust under the hood by the engine. This place is a shady dealership and I wouldn't go there again. Read the reviews they are clueless and all show and no go. More
