Run away from this place! !!!! I went to buy a truck here first off I was priced$3000 over what it listed on car gurus. Either way I loved the vehicle so I continued anyway. Du !!!! During the deal my wife got Ill outside waiting for me and I had to leave. They pressured me into signing all kinds of papers but never a contract. Either way I wanted the truck left them a $1000 deposit and told them I would be back. Long story short my wife was really sick and had to be hospitalized. I emailed them 3 days later after diagnosis and just told them I no longer financially couldn’t afford right now. But that I would seek them in the future. A week later I emailed requesting my deposit back. They told me deal was done that they would not refund my deposit. Remember I never signed a contract. How was deal done if they never even showed me a contract. I spoke to several people there and you’re on hold forever where you have to call back several times. I finally spoke to owner and he also denied me my refund. Run from this place I know have to waist more time and money to get my money back More

First thing is the prices for the vehicle online wasnt the real price. It was $7000 higher when you arrive. I just purchased a 2016 VW GTI from this place. The car is a great car, this review is more about my experience at the dealership. First and foremost, avoid the salesman Juan. He constantly forgets everything and when I took delivery of the car, he did not walk me out or even thank me for the purchase. Now let me list all of the issues I had: 1. Fees - They charge you almost $1000 for an etching fee. This is bogus because new cars already come with etching and they try and charge you again and say that they can't get out of it. 2. Car Delivery - I told them at 12:30 PM that I was coming to get the car between 5-6. I got there at 5:15 and they hadn't started washing the car and when I completed the last of the paperwork, they still hadn't started washing the car!! I gave them 5 hours notice that I was coming to get the car! 3. Car Delivery - They gave the car with an empty tank of gas!!! 4. They waited until I was getting ready to leave the dealership to tell me that they only had 1 key to the car. 5. They did not know if the car has wheel locks on it. I can guarantee you if they car has wheel locks, they will not do anything about it. 6. Paperwork had misspellings on it! Even though I like the car, I would never purchase another car from the dealership ever again!! More
