G37 SPORT Experience I was very skeptical in walking into this dealership. Their Showroom had a few nice cars, an M3, a Skyline and a Nismo 370. I thought it was an interesting mix of cars and asked myself, what clientele are they use to. I'm in my mid 40's looking for a stick shift convertible but not a BMW! Al, my sales rep said, you should see what I have, and all they had were BMW's at that time. However, he got my attention when he showed me that a G37 Sport, Manual, convertible that was coming from the auction and will be in their possession in about a week. To make a long story short, Juan and Henry had to step in to help satisfy my purchase. After three days of driving the car, the clutch had blown. They were all very sorry that it happened and to make up for it, they replaced the clutch, four new rotors and replaced a missing spare key, with an awesome detail cleaning on the car. I didn't expect them to go above and beyond what was necessary, they have completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this dealership and most likely make my next purchase with these guys. More

He has changed my mind about typical salesman. Junior seemed to have majored in Hospitality because this was hands down the best car purchase experience I've had in my 46 years!
