G37 SPORT Experience I was very skeptical in walking into this dealership. Their Showroom had a few nice cars, an M3, a Skyline and a Nismo 370. I thought it was an interesting mix of cars and asked myself, what clientele are they use to. I'm in my mid 40's looking for a stick shift convertible but not a BMW! Al, my sales rep said, you should see what I have, and all they had were BMW's at that time. However, he got my attention when he showed me that a G37 Sport, Manual, convertible that was coming from the auction and will be in their possession in about a week. To make a long story short, Juan and Henry had to step in to help satisfy my purchase. After three days of driving the car, the clutch had blown. They were all very sorry that it happened and to make up for it, they replaced the clutch, four new rotors and replaced a missing spare key, with an awesome detail cleaning on the car. I didn't expect them to go above and beyond what was necessary, they have completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this dealership and most likely make my next purchase with these guys. More

Very well run business selling high quality autos. Sales force was very proactive. Very clean positive atmosphere in show room. Obviously a very high volume business. Quick smooth deals at EMG I got my new 2013 BMW 3 Series from Junior and this deal was quick and easy. Just in Time! I came in to EMG after being referrer by a close friend because she brought her car about a year ago from EMG. He has changed my mind about typical salesman. Junior seemed to have majored in Hospitality because this was hands down the best car purchase experience I've had in my 46 years! Once I came to pay for it , they said that it was the wrong car , that it was the same car in a different color . ( which upseted me tremendously considering my favorite color is red ) . So I was VERY UPSET. They did made me realize I am a first time buyer and that this is a great car . I ended up buying the car . After working things out with my insurance company I went back to EMG and my sales agent Franco worked his magic once again. Initially I went with an idea of what I wanted but I wasn't really sure but Franco literally spent the whole day with me making sure that I was able to get a car that would fit my budget and something that I would fall in love with and he did just that. I'm so happy now because not only am I driving a car that I love but I also have a long-lasting relationship with an amazing dealership. Excellent experience with Benny at EMG Auto Sales I am not one to write reviews but I don't understand the low ratings this dealership has... I can't say more great things about every person I encounter from the people who answer the phone, to the guys I drop my car off, my sales man Benny .. I was hesitant to switch from an Audi to BMW because I heard the service at this dealership wasn't great but I'm not sure if they went under new management or are focusing more on costumer service but I have to say the 4 or 5 times I have been here I have had nothing less then 5 star service.
