Franco took good care of me twice I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. They absolutely work with you no matter what. They also follow up with you months later to make I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. They absolutely work with you no matter what. I bought a 2012 Acura TSX and then upgraded less than a year later to a 2014 TSX special edition. The cars are very well maintained and everyone on site is very friendly. More
Wanted to buy a van I contacted them by email asking about a van they have in stock. I received an email from one of their employees asking me how he can help. My next em I contacted them by email asking about a van they have in stock. I received an email from one of their employees asking me how he can help. My next email I sent outlined my intentions regarding a deposit and I requested an out the door quote. This is where things got strange. I followed up with a phone call the next morning and spoke to the person who contacted me.he said he gave all my info to a salesmen and that the salesman would contact me. The person that responded was not a salesman. Anyway I waited from 10 am to@ 3:30 pm, nothing. I called and asked for the salesman and he said he did call and leave a message. Well he was given the wrong phone number. I found that strange because I sent a detailed email with all my info. Anyway to make a long story short,I called 2x was put on hold for 10 minutes. I tried email and finally received my quote. Well let's say I wanted the van until they quoted me 1695.00 dealer prep fee.wow!! Bottom line is this-I wanted the van and was ready to do a deal.i have lost confidence in this dealership. I do not recommend them. Buying a vehicle can be stressful enoughand then you have these people that don't take the customers seriously . More
Stay Away !!! This place is sheer fraud. Jervon, the glorified secretary pretends to have the cars but doesn't. Spent all day waiting for nothing. Makes promise !!! This place is sheer fraud. Then his little twinkie (Yes Jervon) hides upstairs while inexperienced salesman screw up and pretend to have conversations with nonexistent managers. This place is a ripoff!!! We we’re buying from the advertised cars on the internet. He had a specific car they in mind, so he agreed with the advertised price and before they would send us a vehicle spec sheet for the bank they wanted a deposit, which is fair except it said non refundable and was for services rendered, which was bs. We still authorized to run the card. Then they sent us a different VIN# on the contract. When we pointed that out they said no that was the car. We decided to accept that Car, and low and behold they said the price was wrong and was $1000 higher. I hung up and tried to contact the GM (Russel). Then a guy Billy from finance called me and left a message saying that’s the price take it or leave it basically. OK. So we decided it wasn’t worth arguing about and agreed. You guessed it, the salesman called back and said someone else bought it. It kills me too even have to deal with such an ignorant company where the GM and finance manager is always in a meeting where they can’t be bothered with a customer spending $30,000. Wow these guys must be legends. At this point we were exhausted and they did have another similar rare model, which put us at a disadvantage, but we sucked it up and took it. Now the financing, he was approved by Capital one for 5.9% , I gave them the option to use their people if their close. They came back with 9 or 10%. Of course here is another way to screw us again. We declined and they agreed to us our capital one voucher. We’ll guess what, when the papers were sent to my son, it was from Ally financial for the 5.9%. Proving again how deceitful they are. This process took 3 weeks and I’m exhausted, if my son went at this on his own they would have taken advantage like they did too many others. Never Again EMG is the worst Dealership that I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I traveled two hours to purchase an Audi from them in Oc EMG is the worst Dealership that I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I traveled two hours to purchase an Audi from them in October, and dealt with Franco (the most incompetent car salesman on the planet) and Lenin (the shadiest sales manager). Let me tell you about these guys, we finalized a deal and they tried to sneak in an extra 2500 dollars (SHADY!) and then tried to lie about it right to my face when I brought it to their attention. In addition, to that they failed to fix bumper sag and a minor paint correction which we agreed upon at sale and is also included in my paper work. In addition, to that when I went in to there location to get the repairs, that they were suppose to performed on my Audi there service Manager Ron did nothing but pull a car into a Tent for 4 hours and pulled it out and said "he couldn't do the repairs", My salesman Franco told me he would make it right and I haven't heard one word from him in over 2 months. But wait theres more! EMG failed to pay off the car that I traded in when i purchased the Audi within the standard 10 day period (it took them 33 days and countless follow up phone calls). But wait there is even more while I was there to get my vehicles service I observed a bait and switch and the gentlemens' salesman, Jonathan cursing up a storm and quitting on the spot because he was tired of all the xxxxxxxx that goes on at this place. This dealer isnt worth your time or money BEWARE. More
