Never Again EMG is the worst Dealership that I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I traveled two hours to purchase an Audi from them in Oc EMG is the worst Dealership that I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I traveled two hours to purchase an Audi from them in October, and dealt with Franco (the most incompetent car salesman on the planet) and Lenin (the shadiest sales manager). Let me tell you about these guys, we finalized a deal and they tried to sneak in an extra 2500 dollars (SHADY!) and then tried to lie about it right to my face when I brought it to their attention. In addition, to that they failed to fix bumper sag and a minor paint correction which we agreed upon at sale and is also included in my paper work. In addition, to that when I went in to there location to get the repairs, that they were suppose to performed on my Audi there service Manager Ron did nothing but pull a car into a Tent for 4 hours and pulled it out and said "he couldn't do the repairs", My salesman Franco told me he would make it right and I haven't heard one word from him in over 2 months. But wait theres more! EMG failed to pay off the car that I traded in when i purchased the Audi within the standard 10 day period (it took them 33 days and countless follow up phone calls). But wait there is even more while I was there to get my vehicles service I observed a bait and switch and the gentlemens' salesman, Jonathan cursing up a storm and quitting on the spot because he was tired of all the xxxxxxxx that goes on at this place. This dealer isnt worth your time or money BEWARE. More

G37 SPORT Experience I was very skeptical in walking into this dealership. Their Showroom had a few nice cars, an M3, a Skyline and a Nismo 370. I thought it was an inte I was very skeptical in walking into this dealership. Their Showroom had a few nice cars, an M3, a Skyline and a Nismo 370. I thought it was an interesting mix of cars and asked myself, what clientele are they use to. I'm in my mid 40's looking for a stick shift convertible but not a BMW! Al, my sales rep said, you should see what I have, and all they had were BMW's at that time. However, he got my attention when he showed me that a G37 Sport, Manual, convertible that was coming from the auction and will be in their possession in about a week. To make a long story short, Juan and Henry had to step in to help satisfy my purchase. After three days of driving the car, the clutch had blown. They were all very sorry that it happened and to make up for it, they replaced the clutch, four new rotors and replaced a missing spare key, with an awesome detail cleaning on the car. I didn't expect them to go above and beyond what was necessary, they have completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this dealership and most likely make my next purchase with these guys. More
