100% happy I was in and out under an hour and 30 minutes. I was expecting a longer wait time between paperwork and test drive but it wasn't as bad as I thought I was in and out under an hour and 30 minutes. Thankfully Jonathan and EMG staff were friendly and very attentive everything came out at the end just as discussed and agreed upon. No hiding or lying no surprises. $4000 of repairs less than 2 months of purchasing On May 1, 2017 my husband and I purchased a 2011 AUDI S5 Quattro convertible from EMG Auto Sales in Avenel NJ. Upon purchasing we voiced our concern On May 1, 2017 my husband and I purchased a 2011 AUDI S5 Quattro convertible from EMG Auto Sales in Avenel NJ. Upon purchasing we voiced our concern to our salesman Peter that the soft top roof of the vehicle was drooping, Peter told us he would have it fixed and he never did. Mid June my husband goes to drive the Audi and the check engine light came on. I called the Extended warranty that we purchased through EMG. The warranty company (Continental Warranty) Informed us that EMG never funded our warranty contract so it was not valid. I called the service department at EMG-- They told me they could not see our car for over a WEEK. I had the vehicle towed to Bell Audi in Edison ,NJ-- Bell Audi informed us that our warranty was not active so I had to pay the $450 to have the car fixed on top of the $180 tow. I decided not to make a fuss with EMG so i paid and went on my way.. Not 2 weeks later the Audi won't reverse and the check engine light is on. I call EMG and our finance manager William Pacili says he will have EMG pay to have our vehicle towed to their service department. Our vehicle sat untouched for days. Ron-EMS's service manager called and said our Continental Warranty would not cover the repairs and that EMG would not fix the vehicle for us without us paying MORE money and they couldn't guarantee the problem would even be fixed and that there were also 2 separate issues of 2 recalls on the car!! I then said I wanted my vehicle towed again to Bell Audi--EMG did in fact cover that tow cost to Bell Audi-- A day later Bell Audi (amazing customer service) called me to say the repairs outside of the recalls were not covered under warranty (Will Pacili at EMG resubmitted our warranty in June 2017). I had BEll Audi perform the repairs which cost me OVER $2000. Not to mention our $1418 rental bill with Enterprise rentals. I contacted EMG to get reimbursement for them selling us a vehicle with such HUGE problems. It took over a WEEK to get a response. EMG is only offering to pay us 1 week of rental coverage at $30 a day-- totalling $210. I should be reimbursed the over $4000.00 I had to spend in repairs less than TWO MONTHS of owning this vehicle!! More
ISSUES WITH REPAIRS OF MY BMW X1 I had almost had a week of issue getting my car fixed due to the ignorance of their staffs especially RON, the service manager who doesn't even know I had almost had a week of issue getting my car fixed due to the ignorance of their staffs especially RON, the service manager who doesn't even know what's and what's not included in their dealership warranty. He told me that drive axles are not included. PRIOR to this review, i filed a complaint WITH BBB against EMG due to the rudeness and arrogance of their financial manager ANGELO BARRO after i had a discussion with him with my issue. These RON and ANGELO BARRO acted and decided on their own without even informing their General Manager RUSSEL regarding my issue with my car thus creating this SCREW UP. I was about to file a complaint with NJ CONSUMER AFFAIR against EMG if not for the very nice and calm attitude of their General Manager RUSSEL who helped me get my car fixed. i told him of the issues i had with his staffs and he was very apologetic about what transpired. He assure me that he will do everything to have my car fixed. that same day He sent 2 of his staff to pick up and drive my car.to their dealership so it could be fixed. FIVE STAR FOR THEIR GENERAL MANAGER RUSSEL AND 1 STAR FOR RON AND 0 STAR FOR ANGELO BARRO.. Also 5 STARS for OMAR FELIX for his patience and assistance with my BMW X1 purchased last June 28, 2017. With respect to their General Manager RUSSEL for taking good care of my problem, i will be dropping my complaint with BBB and I also deleted my negative reviews in their Facebook account. Again thank you very much RUSSEL. More

Franco took good care of me twice I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. They absolutely work with you no matter what. They also follow up with you months later to make I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. They absolutely work with you no matter what. They also follow up with you months later to make sure that all is well. Franco was amazing and really understood what I wanted. I bought a 2012 Acura TSX and then upgraded less than a year later to a 2014 TSX special edition. The cars are very well maintained and everyone on site is very friendly. More
Wanted to buy a van I contacted them by email asking about a van they have in stock. I received an email from one of their employees asking me how he can help. My next email I sent outlined my intentions regarding a deposit and I requested an out the door quote. This is where things got strange. I followed up with a phone call the next morning and spoke to the person who contacted me.he said he gave all my info to a salesmen and that the salesman would contact me. The person that responded was not a salesman. Anyway I waited from 10 am to@ 3:30 pm, nothing. I called and asked for the salesman and he said he did call and leave a message. Well he was given the wrong phone number. I found that strange because I sent a detailed email with all my info. Anyway to make a long story short,I called 2x was put on hold for 10 minutes. I tried email and finally received my quote. Well let's say I wanted the van until they quoted me 1695.00 dealer prep fee.wow!! Bottom line is this-I wanted the van and was ready to do a deal.i have lost confidence in this dealership. I do not recommend them. Buying a vehicle can be stressful enoughand then you have these people that don't take the customers seriously . More

Then his little twinkie (Yes Jervon) hides upstairs while inexperienced salesman screw up and pretend to have conversations with nonexistent managers. This place is a ripoff!!!
