We couldn't be happier with our new van or our experience at EMG! EMG was the first dealership we visited in our search. Junior took us for a test drive and answered our questions. We weren't quite ready to purchase that day but left with a good feeling from Junior and EMG. We continued to visit 6 other dealerships, none of which treated us as professionally or genuinely as the folks at EMG. In the end, we trusted our instincts and went back to EMG where Junior helped us seal the deal. He was an excellent sales consultant and never once put pressure on us. 100% happy I was in and out under an hour and 30 minutes. I was expecting a longer wait time between paperwork and test drive but it wasn't as bad as I thought I was in and out under an hour and 30 minutes.
