Great service I came in looking for a vehicle and a sales person that would not push me or force me to get a car just so they can get a sale. He let me look at the car test drive it and when I said that I was still shopping around he said okay that’s fine go ahead and do your research and let me know. He worked with my wallet. Didn’t ask for more than what I had. I absolutely will recommend him to all my friends and family because I actually felt like he was my uncle. It was a very comfortable relaxing and easy experience. If you every visit EMG motors do yourself a favor and request to work with Lavale “Junior” Lassiter in the sales department. Junior was curtious, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He had no problem answering every single question I had and took the time to explain things to me I didn’t understand. Junior is very upfront and isn’t one to pressure you or play games. Junior prides himself on making sure you walk away feeling happy and satisfied. Ultimately we could not come to terms on a final price I was happy with, so a deal wasn’t made, but it was not due to a lack of effort on Juniors part. Junior spent more than an entire day trying to get the price I needed. In the end the person that has the final say on a yes or no deal chose no. Seek out junior if you go to this dealership, though he can’t guarantee you’ll get the price you want he’ll fight for it as best he can until he’s told no. You just can’t ask for anything more from a salesman. 5 stars all around for Junior, less in other areas because a deal wasn’t made. More
