Great Car Buying Experience I was looking to purchase a SUV with a third row. I researched the exact vehicle I wanted and found it online at EMG. I called to confirm the vehicle was still available and scheduled an appointment to come look at the vehicle. There was an unexpected issue with my schedule and I ended up having to bring my two small children with me to conduct the viewing and transaction. Omar and the entire staff were amazing. They were polite, understanding, informative and most of all patient with me as we went through all my concerns and needs for a vehicle and the financing. Towards the end, my boys started getting rowdy and they even gave a snack to keep them occupied since all my snacks had run out. Extremely professional. Needless to say, I purchased my vehicle and I'm very happy with my new car. Junior (my sales rep) was honest and did his best to get me im and out. Gotta say I am very impressed with Juniors customer service skills. Whatever the bank approved me for, these guys didn’t try to scam me one bit. They were happy I made their job easy for them as well as well as I’m happy they didn’t try to get $1 more out of me. It was a pleasent experience meeting everyone here at this dealership. Upon entering I was greeted by a beautiful woman who had the biggest smile! Definitely a major difference from other dealerships I’ve dealt with. I love EMG auto sales and I will continue to purchase more cars in the future from them! Thanks guys!!!!!! More
