Make this very short I went to buy my car from Jessie Roman at Car Revolution 885 US-1, Avenel, NJ 07001 and they made it seem like I was getting the best deal. However, what I didn't realize was that they secretly added several unnecessary charges without informing me. For example: Key replacement warranty: $1,000 for a warranty lasting just one month, even though a new key and programming typically cost around $200. Car etching: $500 for something that's already included by the manufacturer. Fake theft recovery system: An additional $700. "Flex protection": Another $700, which was essentially just a bad car wash with soap and water. For that price, l'd expect a polish or ceramic coating, but the car was left with swirl marks on the paint. Jessie Roman lied to us, claiming he explained all these additions. His tactic was to distract my mom on the phone while flipping through the paperwork to get us to sign without noticing the extra charges. As well as at the end of the transaction I had asked where the paperwork was and he said it was in the glovebox of the car , They did not hand us anything to review . We've called multiple times to try to resolve this, but they've been rude and unwilling to fix the situation. They even lied to our bank, claiming they had disclosed everything to us. More
