As a first time customer it was very unclear how to find the service area. Entry off Brand is signed but after that you are on your own. It was also unclear how to get assistance. Waited another 6 minutes for Andy to return. Thus 10 minutes as the only person waiting to be assisted. I had the best and easiest experience at Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach while purchasing my new 2024 Sorento Hybrid EX AWD. I had been ready to make this purchase for a while but was waiting for the exac Huntington Beach while purchasing my new 2024 Sorento Hybrid EX AWD. I had been ready to make this purchase for a while but was waiting for the exact model I was looking for at the right price. I spoke to many salespeople at various Kia dealerships throughout San Diego and Orange County. Some dealerships are so shady and unwilling to budge on unnecessary add-on fees. I was skeptical when I found the exact car I was looking for online at Car Pros Kia at MSRP without any hidden fees. I was able to complete a good portion of the paperwork and "negotiation" online. Their business model of straightforward pricing made it so simple to complete the deal and my salesperson, Manny, called me right away to go over the details. I wanted that car and didn't want to miss out, but I have two small children at home, which makes it very difficult to travel far to pick up a car and go through all of the paperwork. Thankfully, Manny went that extra mile (and beyond) to deliver the car directly to my front door just a few hours after we first spoke. I was able to speak with the finance department (thank you, Luis) on the phone and sign much of the paperwork electronically. Manny did a walkthrough & test drive with me and showed me how to use all of the features of my new car and then we signed the remaining paperwork. It was the quickest car-buying experience I have ever had (by far). I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and work with Manny in sales and Luis in finance.
