I am extremely happy with my vehicle, no complaints there. What I am extremely disappointed in is the fact that my sales guy Ivan Cervantes knew I was gonna buy my car and yet still decided to sneak in there. What I am extremely disappointed in is the fact that my sales guy Ivan Cervantes knew I was gonna buy my car and yet still decided to sneak in bogus charges. $1495 for surface protection? Not once did he ever talk to me or my husband regarding this optional charge. We visited the dealer with my one year old and it was extremely busy, so he kept pressuring us to agree on the deal to make sure we didn’t spend hours at the dealer. My fault for falling for it and not checking the deal throughly. I wouldn’t be so upset if at least I knew they actually added surface protection to my vehicle, but they literally washed it in minutes and handed us the keys. I have texted Ivan and his manager and have not received any answers. I even filled out their review asking for feedback and no one has reached out to me. I can’t believe they promise no upselling and yet they just charge you for things you never asked. Disappointing to say the least. $1495 is not a small amount and I can’t help but to feel completely scammed. More
