Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach

This place ripped me off horribly!! I am a female and didn't know a ton about buying/leasing guess you could say that's my fault but how sad it that a women can't even buy a car without being totally rip didn't know a ton about buying/leasing guess you could say that's my fault but how sad it that a women can't even buy a car without being totally ripped off! I leased a sorento thinking it would be a good idea wrong on so many levels I dive for work and they keep reassuring me it was gonna work out ok. A year later I have only 20,000 miles left for 2 years!! I went to see what can I do well here's where it gets really, really bad!! I owe 25,000 on the lease but guess what the car is only worth 16,000 that's $9,000 in the hole went to 3 different dealerships and all could not believe how dirty they did me and basically I'm screwed and have to buy a beater car since I can't add miles like I did the first year. Please any one reading this DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER they are a bunch of scam artist! More

Me and my wife came to the dealership to drive a kia optima SX. After we walked around we finally found a sales person and believe it or not he did not know anything about the vehicle we were looking at optima SX. After we walked around we finally found a sales person and believe it or not he did not know anything about the vehicle we were looking at. Its pretty sad when you look foward to seeing a vehicle and you are let down by the horrible service. To make things worst he tried to pass me off to another salesperson because he saw other customer that spoke spanish and he would rather help them. So while the sales people argue about who is going to take us on a test drive we decided to just get in our vehicle and leave. Do not waster your time here..horrible service. More
