They are very unprofessional, we walked out of there & of course they followed us all the way to the car. They were still trying to get us to start the paper work, but we didn't. About 5 salesmen walked outside to try & stop us! I will NEVER be going back to this dealership, or recommending it to anyone! If you are looking for a KIA, definitely go to the KIA Depot in Santa Ana! They beat anyone's prices & they are very helpful & people friendly! Cheated me on the trade in Tried to leave my cash back from my trade in off the contract After over 30 days of broken promises and excuses I finally had to go down in person to the dealership to pick up my trade in check My bad , after all the slimy crap they did I did not read the lease closely enough, although I found the trade in money they conveniently left out I missed that they had turned a 36 month lease into a 48 month.
