HIDDEN DAMAGES UNCOVERED PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING ANY VEHICLES AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I do not recommend this dealership: Found the car (2013 Kia Optima) on Autotrader AND US PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING ANY VEHICLES AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I do not recommend this dealership: Found the car (2013 Kia Optima) on Autotrader AND USAA and the ad stated it was Certified Pre-owned (CPO) which is what drew my attention. Drove from Arizona to go survey the vehicle. Noticed the front driver side wheel was pushed in a little and informed the sales representative (Wendy). She was very nice and allowed me to to test drive the car. During the test drive, I noticed the vehicle pulled to the left but overall, the car was almost like new. Again, I informed Wendy. After completing the paperwork, I inquired about the issues I found with the car and Wendy stated she would have the service department look at it. Later, Wendy said it was good. Keep in mind, I'm not a car expert. 4 weeks later (8 July 2018), on my way to Arizona from San Diego, the engine blew and had it towed to the nearest Kia dealership which was in San Diego. Now the car broke due to an engine recall, HOWEVER, the dealership found that there was a bent strut on the driver side and damaged bearings. Go figure...now, the extended warranty I purchased will not cover the strut and the 30 day/1000 mile warranty had passed. I've only had the car for a month and only made one car payment. I'm very disappointed that the dealership was not thorough with the product they sold me. Also, I was informed that the vehicle was NOT CPO and since I have no proof, I can not fight it. Now, I have to put money on some damages that I did not create. Make sure you print out the ad so that you have proof of CPO advertisement. This could have all been avoided had the sales rep and service department did their job and ENSURED they were selling me a SAFE vehicle. Did I mention my car is still at the shop??? More

Gilbert in the service department did his job as far as performing the 6 months maintenance. Who I was most impressed with what is Mauricio the finance person who did all the financial paperwork. He was patient and explain things to me and when I thought I was going to have a huge problem I was able to go back and virtually there was absolutely no problem at all. They honored my request. The only reason I gave this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to go back to get what I felt was fair. More

Leased a 2018 KIA OPTIMA PLUG-IN HYBRID Great experience from the time I first called. I dealt with Michael from internet sales and Edwin the internet sales manager. Before going to the Dealership: I was looking for a 2017/18 KIA OPTIMA Plug-in Hybrid. Spent a week or so researching the car and recent deals over the internet. Even though I am a Costco member, I have learned that getting offers from dealerships by going TrueCar.com is the best place to start. After spending a few days speaking to a few dealerships over the phone. I ended up coming here for a test drive. Not only because I live in HB, also that Garden Grove, Cerritos and Carson KIA were already trying to hard sell me over the phone when I just wanted availability of inventory, test drive and to get the lease deals available. At HB Kia, they were no pressure and pretty laid back from the get go. My HB Car Pros Kia experience: I never intended on getting a vehicle that day, just wanted to test drive. Of course afterwards they want you to come in and let them pitch you, as with any dealership. Normally I wouldn't, but these were really cool people and it wasn't very busy. So I thought WTH, let's just see. After 30 minutes of the back and fourth I got a lease deal better then what I was looking for, had more miles, newer model and for less a month. I did a lot of research prior to coming and they basically gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. This was far better then anything I found on the internet or was told by any of the other dealerships over the phone. We shook hands on the deal and ran my credit. Then my credit score came back lower then expected. They showed me my score and I slightly cringed, but before I could say anything, Edwin say no worries, we got you, we can see it's just from high debt ratio (which was true and it wasn't a horrible score) and will get this approved as the deal stands. Not only was I skeptical as good lease deals require a high credit score, but I found it amazing that there was no additional haggling. Just told me hey we got this and and they did! How cool is that? The guy in finance even called Kia financing while I was in the office signing papers and confirmed the approval over the phone in my presence. Super cool!! Driving off the lot worry free! To top it all off, I was only at the dealership for about an hour and 1/2 in total, that's including the test drive. Big thanks to Michael and Edwin not just for the great deal, but for making the entire process a pleasurable one! More
