DO NOT GO HERE! ! THEY WILL LIE & SCAM YOU TO GET YOU TO SIGN!!! I leased a vehicle from this location with damages to the interior. It was sold to me with the pro ! THEY WILL LIE & SCAM YOU TO GET YOU TO SIGN!!! I leased a vehicle from this location with damages to the interior. It was sold to me with the promise that it will be fixed ASAP within the few days of purchase...It has been 3 weeks & I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR!!! I have been lied to about the parts being in, being ordered, and timeline of being fixed. I have spoken to several managers, service, parts, and even sales reps...who have all promised me either the part was in, or has been ordered... Yet here I am several weeks later STILL FOLLOWING UP with no vehicle and no updates... I worked with Sales rep Kel who did not know any information and continued to lie to me about the delivery of items, and timelines. I escalated the situation to Mario the manager who has no idea what is even happening at this location, as he did not have the right account info and still told me there were issues. I had to review the account in THEIR SOFTWARE to figure out they did not have my vehicle information in correctly...There is 0 internal communication in this facility as I asked why I have been lied to and he said "not sure" and I when I bring it up he said "we'll try harder next time" there is no accountability to these issues. I have followed up religiously on this as my first month payment is coming up and all I have done is drove back in forth to the dealership for them to tell me they order it, the part is in, I get there, and no part...I have wasted 4+ trips going back and forth to this dealership in the first week before they finally took the car and told me it would be 3 days...that was 2 weeks ago with no deadline.. I keep following up on where my car is or what the status is to be pushed off with lies saying it's coming, it's here...but still don't have a car.. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! More

He had to sit with us and our kid drama while we were signing the paperwork, and he still took the time to pet the dog and show me all the details of our new EV9.
